Default breather kit and catch can

whats up guys, im just in the middle of a build for my turbo motor. I was wondering if anyone is using the breahter kit made by endyn. Its supposed to releive it of some crank case pressure. I was wondering if this is something i should be investing in. I'm gonna be making near the 500whp range. I'm not too sure on its complete function if someone could maybe clarify that for me?

Also anyone using greddy's catch can? Any feedback? I was thinking of getting one... but i've been told some no name companies make em just as good.

any thoughts would be great

thanks in advance

endyn catch can kit is good. a little pricey for what it is IMO. you can build one yourself. do a search. great write up. but you def need something to evacuate the built up pressure in your block.

Yes the breather kit will help save your rings in the longrun.

You can build your own kit or just buy the endyn. I chose to build my own to go the cheaper route, until i decided to make it out of -10 braided line and earls fittings. Ended up way over the cost of the endyn, but hey it looks better IMO

I have the Endyn kit on my car. For a daily driven vehicle, the drainback is great. It does it's job well, and is well worth it in my opinion. It does get a little smelly sometimes.

how popular is this mod? i read a lot of ppls set ups and they dont have this item listed. My motor is out of the car right now so im thinking about doing it.. are there certain parameters for which this item should be used with? ie horsepower range, psi, certain motors prone to extreme crankcase pressure?

thanks in advance

Lol.... I made my own and it cost more than the Endyn too.....

I relocated my battery to the trunk and mounted mine where the AC line went into the firewall
