sry for the newb question.

how do you do this and use it to your advantage. obviously it involes holding the break and gas, which puts a load on the engine, ect... but can someone explain better

Get you car up to an rpm where you would build boost under full throttle.. Press down on the brake while pressing down on the gas at the same time.. If your rpms start to fall then left up on the brake some.. Youll build boost quickly and when you let off the brake youll have alot of boost build up and will take off..

This is mostly used for tuning so you can get a higher load in a lower rpm area..
