Default Break- in

Hey guys, i just finished installing my new motor and turbo kit. I am fixing to start and drive for the break in period and need some pointers on how to properly break in. It is a stock 95 LS motor with a Drag III kit. The fuel set up consist of 450 injectors, 255 intake fuel pump, AFC, regulated at 6.5 psi off of a tial wastegate. Here are a couple of questions that i am wondering about.

1. With that low of boost can i run stock timing or will it have to be retarded a couple of degrees?

2. How to drive in the break in period? How often to do oil changes and when to start introducing the newly built motor into boost?

3. Also i know that all motors vary, but does anyone have settings for a LS motor using the AFC hack? I am going to be using this until a get some mileage on the motor and spring for standalone and boost controller.

Sorry for the long post, but I have alot of funds tied up in this.
