Bov Doesnt make sound
OK so i finally finished putting on my turbo after 6 days of working on it. But now when i rev it in neutral the bov doesnt make any sound.

Unlike The Fast and the Furious, turbo cars don't really tend to make boost - at all - when there is no load on the engine.

Actually when I had an RB20 in my 240sx, the stock BOV would go off in neutral...
HOWEVER on my D16y5 it didn't and I was using the greddy type s

maybe your turbo is too big to spool in nuetral...or maybe your bov is set too tight or too loose...or your vacuum lines aren't setup properly

if you like redline it in neutral it will blow off a little.
If you have like the Type S or somethng adjustable, just loosen it up alot and it will do it easily.
I dont condone it, but i know it works.

ok so figured out that i had the 2 hoses on the wastegate opposite. Everything started to work fine but then i let my friends dad drive my car and now i keep hearing sqeeling noise whenever i step on the gas.
