Default what BOV sounds better than my sheep dog?

i wanna change the sound of my car...im running 7-8psi...i want a loud BOV ...so, what sounds better and which is louder?...looking for opinions

i had a sheepdog, i though it was was TOO loud for my taste...go figure.

lol...no but i want it to sound as good as it runs...i mean you do have a choice as to what your car sounds like right? its my car so i figure ill make it sound like i want it to sound you know.

yeah thats supposed to be the loudest but i e-mailed turbo xs and asked them if i could run an RFL on only 7psi. they got back to me and said that i need to be running atleast 10psi.

did yours make a fluttering noise or was it just one loud release? cuz mine makes a fluttering noise. its pretty loud but i really hate the fluttering.

on low boost (7-10psi) it did a bit...it sounded better on higher boost (14-15). You gotta remember you dont see many honda's runnign this BOV. Most of the time its on VERY high HP Skylines/Supras/RX7's...its not really the best for low hp applications.

i ran 9psi making 300whp with my rfl and it sounded great... never had compressor surge either and no fluttering bs... just one big woosh

yeah, thats probably why it doesnt sound so great on my car...lol
