Bosch / Endyn intake pump HP limits
Anybody had any comments using this intank pump with a larger feed line. I don't want to run a sump and a areomotive pump and all the junk that goes with it .
I know they rate the pumps to I think 750 hp, or somewhere around there.
Thanks.

It's definitely not as popular as the walbro counterparts, but I'd just give Larry at endyn a call and ask him.

Re: Bosch / Endyn intake pump HP limits (dennis)
I would call Larry, But I think he would tell me anything I want to hear.
I have done over 500whp on a walboro pumps , I just want a pump that will fit in the tank that would support a little more with some larger fuel line.

The pump is supposed to support at least 700whp.... but endyn no longer modifies them to fit in the stock tank. They will sell you one but you'll have to run it outside of the tank.

Re: (servion)
Thanks,
I have access to the pumps and I can modify it to fit in the tank, just want to see if it really will hold 600+.
Any other intank pump options ?

Even when they did modify the pump to fit in the tank it still required ALLOT of work to get it to fit. That’s why they stopped screwing with them.
The internal working of the tank have to be modified with a BFH and the hole on top of the tank has to be re shaped along with the cover and you would have to make your own seal and make sure it worked (sealed properly).
Its a big PITA and not many have the skills to do the tank modification.

Re: (servion)
Thanks for the relpys..
What options of pumps are they without building a sump. Is there a pump that deosn't require to be gravity fed ? Meaning , replacing the pump with a tube and a sock ( Like the stock postion ) on the bottom and have an inline pump pulling the fuel out the tank?
Thanks.

John,
If you want to erase all doubts, send that pump to RC Engineering and have them flow test it. The numbers for the Walbro stuff are readily available from RC, so if you test that one, you'll have the answers you're looking for.
