ok i have 130k on my B17 and its time for a rebuild.......now when i get this thing bored i wanna know if can run 1 bar of boost safely?

 

14.5psi is a healthy amount of boost even for low mileage engines...are you considering aftermarket sleeves?

 

i wanted to spend that money on a hondata 4B instead of getting sleeves.......... i have seen people claiming over one bar with fully stock internals n i'm getting je pistons and eagle rods....... so whats your opinion on all this? TIA
