Default Boosting Problem...Please Help!!!

Background: B20 Vtec Turbo with Hondata Stage 2 with boost

Problem: I engage the throttle slowly and the is hardly any boost (That is obvious). But when I hammer it and it boosts up to around 4-5 psi. The car stutters and then I lay off the gas. Once it does this stuttering, I get a Check engine light 16 (Fuel Injectors) and code 43 (Fuel Supply System). I just shut off the car and restart it then drive is slowly home. I have checked all the pipes and they are all tightly connected. I have also checked all the vacume lines and they seem all good. Do you think it could be that the blow off valve is not adjusted correctly???

I recently had my injectrors cleaned. I used a noid light to each injector and they checked out ok. My fuel pump is coming on and the pressure is all good. I had the main relay re-soldered to rid of possible dry joints. I just changed my O2 sensor.

Please help!!!

Yes I have had my Hondata tuned. It was all set to run at 10 psi boost. I made 325 Wheel Hp at 10 psi at only 7000 rpm. We were happy.

Since my last dyno run last year....I have put in a JG Edelbrock Intake Manifold.

What do you figure it could be????

just to be 100% sure it IS fuel related, check your plugs, the gaps, wires, distributor - cap, rotor and ignitor.

doublecheck the injector plugs are connected proprely (i want those stupid clips that hold the harness to the injector to DIE, i hate taking them off)

if everything there checks out, check the main relay for any possible wiring problems (like open circuts)

IMO its going to be 1 of 2 things.

1) somthing electrical or physically wrong with the fuel system

2) the motor is bogging because there is too much fuel, meaning the boost isnt reaching the combustion chamber somehow.

hope that helps.

What size injectors are you running and are you running an FMU? could be seomthing with your injectors cutting out? What is your fuel pressure? With that intake manifold that will increase a lot of air flow into your combustion chambers. So most likely something to do with not enough fuel. You might want to try and tune it again.
