Default boosting the eg a few ?s

Well I just bought a farely new drag turbo kit for my eg. It has a b20 vtec with a built bottom end. Eagle rods, crank, and pistons...doesnt have sleeves. It has mostly type R parts including, intake manifold (with skunk 2 tb) , fuel pump, oil pump, and head. GSR trans with centerforce clutch. Anyways...the fuel system is pretty much stock...well besides it being type r I was just wondering what all I would need to buy before putting the kit on. I am planning on new injectors prolly some RC 550cc. I was just wondering if my fuel pump would be good. I am gonna go get it tuned at Churches around the Torrance area. I am looking for 400 or so whp. What all would I need to look into getting for it though. I dont have to much experience with turbos besides working on my buddies jetta puttin a greddy upgrade turbo kit on it. How much power do yall think I can put to it and what all would I need to upgrade? Thanks in advance

It scares me that you dont have sleeves. The b20 engine has very thin sleeves that dont take much to crack. So personaly i would of went with b18b ls 81mm or 81.5mm bore thicker sleeves better for boost. For the fuel system the stock pump wont cut it. You will need a walbro255lb and for the injectors i would go with some 1000cc gives you roam to make more power in the future, i personaly am very impressed with the new ID injectors check out T1 he has great deals on them. hope i could help ya out

Consider getting a ls block to build for you boost project, you will be able to make 400hp with out cracking your thin *** b20 sleeves. As long as its tuned corectly.

For now on your stock sleeve B20, keep your goals kinda low. As FRANKBUILT said, the stock B20 sleeves aren't known for their strength (although some people are convinced otherwise). If you dont shoot for the stars powerwise, you shouldnt really have any problems. For the future, consider an LS, GSR, ITR or B16 shortblock

Just make sure you have a good tune. I'v heard good things about Church's tuning out that way. You can crack a sleeve even if you have a sleeved motor if the tuner you take it to has no idea what he/she is doing. There is a guy that has a 600+ hp SFWD integra on here, stock b20 sleeves. I believe it's all in the tune.

Good Luck with the car though.
