Default Boosting D16Y8 ??

I am going to start small by using a 14b turbo. I would like to know how much boost I could run daily on my stock head, and stock bottom end? I will have my fuel pump upgraded, along with fuel pressure reg., injectors if needed, and FMU. Also would like to know if I need to upgrade injectors? What would be the best FMU ratio to run? Would like to find out as much as possible, so I can run a good setup before I actually go into the motor. It will be tuned regardless. Please help. Thanks

Before you go turbo or ask more questions read the forums and do some searches. It shouldn't take you too long to find the answers to all your questions.
