Boostin on 168k
My 1994 civic ex has 168k on it...I bought it last november from the original owner with 162k. as far as i know it was never beat on. At the time i got it it was being drivin by the owners 75 year old father. I have pieced together a turbokit around a turbonetics T3. I recently did a compression test and these were the results.

Question is will i be able to run about 7psi on this engine safely with the proper tuning?

those numbers are pretty good considering the mileage. only thing that concerns me a little is the difference between cylinder 1 and 4. over 10psi difference.
boosting what you have will make it wear much quicker since it is already in that stage. but with proper tuning, it should run pretty reliably.
have a buddy that ran nitrous on his si for about 40,000 miles, then boosted it at 120,000 miles. it ran strong and very reliably. anything could happen, but sounds good. go for it.

you should be ok, d series are a dime and dozen.
just make sure you aren't overboosting suck as when it spikes at high rpms
