For the low boost setting do you mean? I am hoping for high 13s with 196whp.

I don't think you're going to get it without at least slicks.

We took my friend's turboed civic ex (si in Canada) and he ran a 15.3 on a hot and humid day. Elevation was estimated at 6300 ft and time corrected, it wouldv'e been low 14's or so. I'm pretty impressed because before, his car woulds ran a 17 or so, and other cars of the same setup have usually ran a high 16 - low 17. Oh yah, his set up is a basic drag kit at 7psi on street tires.

15.4@86
93 4dr civic sohc non-vtec with full interior and a nice heavy bodykit. oh did i mention after about the 1/8 mile mark the car stated bogging

My only mods were:
t3/t4 turbo @ 10 psi untuned
holley intank fuel pump
fmu
stock block
stock injectors

Too bad on my next run i overshot the boost to 14 lbs and the damn car cut off
