Hey guys i searched about this and still dont know if this is true or not...so lets start an arguement jk.... so is the ls tranny better for FI cars? or is this in fact a myth

Good thing you seached first. B/c Im almost postive there arent like 100 different threads on this. And no the LS tranny is not better for boost. Longer gears will ALWAYS be slower. End of discussion

Only way the LS tranny is better is for highway milage, or if you have gobs more horsepower than you need and don't know how to apply partial throttle.

aight close the thread then..... i really did search but the results were never backed up or anything just ppl saying both ways are the best if there is a thread that i missed then show it to me and close this thread i just wanna know cuz ls trannys are a bunch cheaper than gsr's or type r's

thankyou for the answer it just didnt come up in my searches maybe cuz it wont search for two letter words and that sucks...but someone can delete this if they know how cuz i dont. better yet make the otheer on a sticky....
