Default Boosted F22

is it just me or is the f22b1 motor weak for boosting, im a newbie and i was looking around and i saw B and D boosted motors doin 300+hp. I do have a Drag 4 kit installed in my accord EX it does feel stronger than before but not enough at 5psi . I will turn up the boost but first i need to install a greddy e-manage, 450 injectors and replace my inline fuel pump with a intank pump, could this get me up around 250-300hp??
