right now i have my boost gauge tapped in at the wastegate, but i was just curious to know if u can weld a little nipple couple inches from the throttle body on the ic piping and tap the boost gauge from there? wouldnt that be a good way to know if ur leakin boost somewher or not, or how much boost is actuallly going to the motor? can it be done that way?

 

where is it tapped at the wastegate? why dont you just tee it into a vac. line like its supposed to be?

 

^ well yeah i ment wastegate vac line is where its tapped right now. but what i was thinking of doing is getting a vac line to the charge pipe right near the tb
