boost stops at 3 psi...why?

Drag gen 3 kit on a GSR, TiAL wastegate, blitz bov.

what are some possible reasons why the boost stopped at 3 PSI?

I had a similiar problem in which i overlooked a small detail. My piping popped off the turbo. maybe thats it, i dont know

maybe u have a 3psi spring in ur wastegate.

when I had the .3bar(about 4.5psi) spring in my tial, i would only see .2 bar on my guage.
