Default Boost Solenoid not working?

Using neptune rtp. So i doubled checked the wiring to my mac solenoid and one wire goes to a11 and one to switched 12v. Using set duty cycle under the pwm setup page ive gone up to 25% duty cycle and it has no effect. Still runs the 6lbs wastegate spring. I know the solenoid worked as it was used with previous chip on 17lbs. I have the box checked for enable pwm. I apparently have something setup wrong in the software so help is appreciated. Thanks.

in hondata you can set the frequency
try to change it 30-35hz which ever you prefer, also 25% isnt much. you have to increase the percentage bruh.

oh ya, set boost cut so you dont blow your motor on accident

I seconds that! Set the boost cut, and turn it up....
If I remember right 35% wasn't making any difference on my set up. 8lb spring in the wastegate and set at 55% making 13.5 psi

I tried raising it. Im all the way up to 65% and 60% on hold to 7.9lbs and it still wont build more than 7lbs. I have a open dump and its definitely spooling quicker but wont build more boost. This is exactly same as last ecu only change is ecu. Thanks.
