Default Boost Problem

Hey

I have an problem with my Civic '96 and I hope someone here can help me out:

The engine is an stock D15Z6 and earlier I ran an T3/T4-T04E. This worked great, but it started leaking oil from the cartridge to the compressor. I then bought an Precision GT3561S and then the problem started. It gets full boost for like 3 sec. and then it falls and I can only get max 0,1 bar pressure.

Any suggestions on how to deal with it?

Thanks in advance

Ok, here's my spec. list:

-GT3561s
-Tial 38mm wastegate
-SSAC header
-240cc injectors (B20)
-63mm throttlebody (B20)
-Walbro 255l/h fuelpump
-2" downpipe and exhaust
-TTC BOV
-26"x12"x3" intercooler
-Racimec 24 row oilcooler

I have a teory why its not working proper: the old turbo had 2" turbine exit so I made the downpipe flange 2". The new turbo is 2,5" and seems to "block" some of the exit.

What do you people think?

Oil in the compressor housing is almost certainly an oil drain problem. As for the falling boost pressure, try running with an open downpipe to see the effects. 2" DP and exhaust on a turbo????? Are you joking? An NA engine could benefit from a bigger exhaust, nevermind one that is consuming twice the airflow...
