I want some suggestions on this. here are my dyno and air/fuel sheets:




the car is a 94 civic ex with the d16z6. On the car I have: greddy turbo kit, fmic, skunk 2 intake manifold, jackson racing cam gear, msd blaster ss coil, crane 11mm plug wires, one heat range colder plugs, 160 degree thermostat, 3" downpipe from the o2 sensor back, 3" mandrel bent exhaust with no cat or resonator, apex twin chamber bov, apex n1 universal muffler, and a neptuned ecu. The boost is set at between 7-7.5 psi, with the fact boost settings on the kit. it was tuned on a mustang dyno wich is off by at least 15%, so the numbers are low, but still not where they should be. He said it makes no more power after 5900 rpm. I've checked all couplers and connections and they are all good. Any ideas?

 

U can make a homemade boost leak tester, search the net for how to's.

It involves capping off your turbo inlet and hooking up an air compressor to it to run constant pressure, then you can listen for the leak.
