I think you should of split these questions on a few different theads, but I'll make this short and sweet:

9:1, Tube

Just my 2cent

this is the set up on my turbo gsr, im running 550cc injectors, and only 9.5 psi on a tuned ecu, u gotta tune ur ecu. im running uberdata, some what like hondata but cheaper. got new je pistons which are 9.0:1 ratio, if u wanna run lower ratio then u will need a b16 head, with that head u'll run a ratio of i think 8.2:1--8.5:1. and as far as manifold, i have a cast iron from rev hard, pretty descent ut i want a equal length tho but other than that the cast iron is good

rev hard looks liks good stuff i heard good things about them i just wasnt sure about cast iron or tubular , i cant get the car dynoed and im goind with 9.7:1 comp with forged pistons and rods with a built head dule springs and stuff im gettin a honda but i dont have a dyno avaible that i know of so the comp is going to load a base map for me based on the specs i send them and im going to get the s200

The tube will flow a lot better. I have a tube log type manifold just cuz I wanted to keep my AC. If the AC is not an issue, go w/ an equal length tube.

I also have the Hondata S100 and I can't say enough good things about it. No bypass valves, regulators, or FMU = no problems

Jesus, if you don't have a dyno available and probably **** all for knowledgeable honda tuners don't run high compression! You want the biggest safety margin possible.
