With proper tuning 200 whp would be fine on stock internals. I have the same engine and will also be turbochaging it soon with stock internals. I am going to be using hondata and DSM 450cc injectors for fuel management. You will need a resistor pack from a CRX or you will have to get resistors from radio shack to install the DSM injectors. Do some searching and more than likely you will find the answer to most of your questions.

DSM 450cc injectors. I've hit 9psi, but it's at 7psi daily. Yes a stock D16z6 can make well over 200WHP.

Will yours? Prolly wont last long enough to find out

That's the best I have heard all day..........."maybe an upgraded fuel pump"....I think you need a little more research before you decide to turbo anything.
