boost cut at 11.6lb with 3bar what is problem?

boost cut at 11.6lb with 3bar what is problem?
My car is a 95 gs-r with max- rev turbo kit t3/t04e 9:1compression I have a GM 3BAR map and it is wired correctly. I am running hondata s200 w/boost and on the dyno it was hiting boost cut at 11.6lbs. Like i said but the part# on the 3bar is 12223861. I know this is 3bar but my tuner said boost cut in the rom of the hondata was off so it should boost to what ever boost is set at right? I think that the boost cut in the rom is messed up in his computer. My car runs in tip top shape
could it be my map sensor or do you think his hondata on his computer?

he prob has the boost cut set. the deffault is 11.9psi i think off hand.
but if it was set for the incorrect map sensor the car wouldnt even run right, so its prob not that.

The default is 11.2 if the stock sensor is selected I know. Not sure what it is ifyou put the 3 bar option on. I bet it doesn't change.

3bar is selected in romeditor and boost cut was turned off still boost cut at 11.6 and like I said before it runs like a top. We switched out to another 3bar map same thing do you think it is romeditor was stuck not letting tuner turn off boost cut and showing him that it was off but it was still on ?

Weird i have the stock mapsensor and i hit .93 Bar today and the car pulled real hard.
