Boost creep on a T25 is nothing to worry about. You could get more power by lifting a leg and busting ***.

Just kidding man. Seems to me like the internal wastegate might be going bad on it, or they tell tale crack is there in the turbine housing connecting the flapper door and the exhaust outlet.

wouldnt a crack in the housing anywhere cause more lag and possibly more less boost? stupid pos t25 is burning oil too

Could it also be my cheap pepboys $15 sunpro boost guage? It was reading 8psi all night lasty night

No a crack at the flapper wouldnt let the boost stop....so you would get creep. I doubt its your boost gauge, not unless theres a hole in your line going to it.
Also inspect the vac line going to the wastegate.

the wastegate vacuum looks good. Its 5/16", is this too small? Also wouldnt a hole in the boost guage's vacuum line leak boost out, causing lower readings?

hx for your help, i'll prolly just buy a 14b and rebuidl it liek i should have done in the first place
