Turning the boost up or down on the deltagate???

Turning the boost up or down on the deltagate???
Losening the screw on top of the deltagate is turning boost down or turning boost up? It seems to me the more i loosen it the less boost i get and the more i tighten it down the more i get just wondering if anyone knows for sure?
