unless both my old cheapo wastegate and the brand new tial are leaking internally, then im 100% sure that i have no vacuum leaks. ive checked both ports on the old and new wastegate to see if theyre leaking, they arent. check the port on the compressor, no leaks. checked the line going from the compressor to the bottom port on the waste gate, zero leaks. same with the BOV
It doesn't sound like a vacuum leak to be honest, if you hear that wastegate crack totally open at 8psi with an 8psi spring then you do not have a leak. But the question is always worth asking. Good luck with it!

yeah i hear it crack open at 8 and now at 11 since i have the 11lb in the wastegate.
Just deciding between two different manis now. one is a ramhorn made my AFI on here and the other is a cc fab top mount. the top mount comes with a DP and is 525 shipped just needs to be rewelded in a couple spots. the ramhorn doesnt come with a DP and just needs to be drilled out to fit a t3 flange and is 400
