Boost control via S300 (it just won't work)
Ok, I have tried everything possible to increase boost via the boost control option installed on my S300 but no sucess, can't go beyond 6psi which is wastegate spring. Any ideas? I tested the solenoid and it works fine, I know that people don't give credit to GM solenoids but its a temp thing besides it does work!!!
Boost setup on SManager:
Vacuum lines running from wastegate to solenoid and vacuum manifold which is is T'd of break line cylinder line.

If you check to see if A11 is pulling to ground and it is despite the settings in smanager, then you can try replacing the transistor, but some ecus just won't work.

Re: Boost control via S300 (didder)
Funny you say that, cause my S300 was provided and installed on my P30 by phearable as well !!! If this thing doesn't work, it looks like I'm going to have to invest in something like Apexi AVCR which can control boost by gear ..

As picture your solenoid is wired wrong.
In the picture it appears that you have 1 wire grounded all the time & 1 wire running inside the vehicle to something (I am guessing a11).
You are supposed to run switched 12volts to one side of the solenoid & run the other side to a11.

Your solenoid is wired wrong... This is part of the issue.
I hope you guys didn't continue to test like this & assume the issue was the ecu.

yep that would be the problem. That one side is just grounded.

And you can't plug that other port that used to have a filter on it.
And you can't have your activation pressure higher than your target boost pressure, set the activation pressure to 3psi.
And change your vaccum lines to black, blue doesn't work as well.
And i'm pretty sure the "in" and "out" on your solenoid are backwards.
And make sure your boost cut is set so when your ebay wg diaphragm tears you don't pop your motor.

+2 I didn't even bother looking at his parameters etc the wiring caught my eye 1st

I was about to say the same exact thing, I couldn't get my controlling features to work until i set it way under the wastegate spring. It has to get there before it can start opening the solenoid.

Wow, owned. Tony brings up the one real bad thing about the GM, normally open FTL. If you solenoid dies, having no boostcut will help create another "carnage pics" thread.
