you cant, unless you have an internal wastegate with an adjustable actuator rod.

Yes, definitely read up on turbochargers. You should be able to adjust it somewhat without a BC. What kind of wastegate do you have? Internal/external?

You can either swap springs inside the wastegate (which isn't worth it), or get a boost controller. Just make a cheap manual controller if you don't want to spend any money on an electric one

If you're reallllllllllllllllllllly bloody cheap, you could just yank out the vacuum line running to the wastegate... you'll run really fast for several seconds...

Just watch out for those. When they heat up, they can really spike. They are reliable until after about 10 minutes of driving.

you can just use a plastic T between the boost line to your waste gate. the more T's you put in the higher the boost. i used this at the track before i got the avc-r
That is exactly what I did. We just put in one tee though and the longer the vacum line that conected to the tee was then the more boost it created. This is not something I would keep and rely on though.
I remember seeing a way of upping the boost for very, very cheap. It required taking a brass tube, drilling some small holes in it and putting it inline with the vacuum line going to the wastegate.

I'm sure the previous three ways listed are simply just to bleed off boost that is read directly from the compressor.
It's not perfectly safe, but it'll work temporarily.
