Default help with boost control

on the dyno i have no control of the boost, i'm using a tial 44mm wastegate with a 8psi spring,ramhorn manifold, h22a with 9.1 pistons, eagle rods, sleeves, arp studs etc. at about 4600rpm the turbo takes off to about 18psi, the turbo is a precision 5252e, full 3inch exhaust, what can be causing this, i'm thinking of adding another wastegate, what do u guys think???

why do you have an 8PSi spring in the WG? maybe its too small and causing that problem. Ive been there and done that just with a much bigger turbo. i couldnt keep it below 14-15 psion a 10psi spring

tapping the wastegate at the proper hole? ive never had that problem... check the line also

yup, the vac line is on the lower nipple, thats the right place for it, the vac line is good, on the run the wastegate isn't opening at all, there is nothing coming out of it, its like its closed shut. someone suggested adding another wastegate???

here are some pics of the setup




someone suggested that the flow is to great and can't make the 90degree bend to the wastegate cause the airflow to bypass wastegate.. What do u think??

the wastegate HAS to be stuck closed.check all vacume lines and pull the wastegate to see if you can puch the plunger in with your thumb to make sure there is nothing physically interfering with it.

LOL I think thats the oil line you are talking about.
