Default Boost Causing Bucking (Help Needed)

Heres my problem
ok i have just installed my turbo, everything is hooked up properly now when i get to about 5000 rpm where the boost starts to really build the car starts to bogging really bad but once it gets to about 6000 rpm it clears up and flys until it hits the rev limiter(8200 rpm) then the car turns off. another thing is that it only happens at WOT, during partial throttle its goes through smoothly. The car is tuned with a wideband o2 and its not leaning out or running to rich. I have changed the spark plug wires, plugs, fmu, fpr, missing link, and map sensor still not running any codes at all. any 1 have any ideas let me know thanks
ok heres my setup:

B16A
skunk2 manifold
2 layer head gasket
turbonetics 60-1
drag manifold
greddy intercooler and pipping
tial 38mm wastegate
greddy type s blow off valve
halman boost controller
vafc
370cc injectors
255 hi flow fuel pump
vortech fmu
missing link

Change your fuel filter. I was having a similar problem on my car, and it vanished when put in a fresh OEM filter. It's a 10 minute job, and only like $20 from Napa, plus it's good maininence.
