That's the funniest **** I heard in a while. I rank this up there with, "Nice turbo..." (kid points to intake).
With proper tuning, you can boost a stock b18c5. I guess the OP wanted some added reliability with forged pistons and low comp.

Haha you think they have turbos stock? Do you know how to look and see if a car is boosted or not? Wow, I seriously am in awe. I almost feel bad saying ban bcse he needs to learn lol.
man chill out. The dude said he thought b18cs have turbos stock, so hes VERY wrong, but you certianly dont need to flame him, and he certainly doesnt need to be banned.
you dont understand the effects of compression and were not here telling you to get banned or calling you a noob, so please everyone just stop flaming.

I dont understand the effects of compression.... Well then, enlighten me as to what was incorrect in the statements that I said.. And I didnt say to ban him..

a buddy of mine rebuilt his 3800 series 2 supercharged at 10:1.. but he used ceramic coated pistons.. he also has every mod in the book with exception of factory blower (it is hogged out though)
the thing rips pretty good and hasn't burnt up yet.. although he can't keep the tranny togeather long enough to get any miles on it
what can you do to keep those GTP tranny's from breaking?

If youre really set on forged internals, dont get anything above 9:1, unless you want to run racgas for the rest of that motors life, well, that would be if you were pushing major bo0st though. Stock yar internals should hold with a t3/t4 50-60 trim or equivalent type turbo at 5-7psi thats for sure, but like the rest of us, youll end up wanting more. sure we all are different in many ways, but were the same in many others.
