Boost a B16a or B18c1???
garret make 54 trim and also 57 trim chargers, would I be better off with a 54 with the same spec A/R ratios in the turbine (0.63) running at a higher PSI to gain around 260-280 bhp and a slightly quicker spool up time?
(but the 54 doesnt have the 360 bearing inside it (not standard anyway)) then theirs also the t60 trim..but i think that will make more power than i really want.
and does any 1 know a good kit that has this charger with it or is it only available separately outsourced?
i have b16a2...stock.will probs be sourcing all the parts separately but just doing my homework at the moment.

Sell the B16 and buy a B18 LS motor.
Lower compression and more displacement. 2 factors you should look at when it comes to boost. Ofcourse if your gonna build the motor regardless, it doesnt really matter.

1. GSR block and head with LS crank/rods
2. LS Block/crank and GSR head
I dont know why anyone would further complicate this by adding B16 parts to the mix. These are the options i would consider if this were my build. Due to cost savings, i went with the second option. Personally i would have rather gone with the first simply for the ease of no external oil lines for the LS/VTEC conversion
