Bolt got stuck in turbo.... now its worse
Well i had a thread here early august about a downpipe bolt being snapped off onto my turbo... well me n my friend were trying to drill it out... but worse came to worse... the drill bit broke onto it... now we find it impossible to drill it out... is it possible that i can get it machined out? Please help me. I know it doesent make a difference in performance... but its jus a tad bit loud now.

Take it to a machine shop. There is only so much you can do in your garage. If it is that bad, they will have to drill it out and tap a new thread size into the housing. But thats worst case scenario, so let them do it. It should only cost you about 15 dollars.

i had the exact same thing happen to me and i had to get a new housing. I took it to a machine shop and they couldnt drill it out, once a bit is stuck in there, the bit will be close to impossible to get out, i would still take it to a shop and see what they can do, sometimes what they do is add a little bit of weld in there, notch it and hit it with an impact drive to come out, however with the bit inside of it, its gona make things harder.

i have been able to get them out by drilling a 1/4" deep hole into the bolt and use a "easy out" AKA extractor. next time, put anti-seize on your bolts or studs!
