Bogging issues help? turbo b16a
I cracked my ringlands on my stock jdm b16a recently and replaced it with another stock b16a just to get me by. the previous b16a already had blowby problems and I knew it was going to crap out. I had no problems with the tune or motor until my ringlands shitted on me. It was driving great.
I replaced the bottom end, put it in my ek and threw about three CEL's. IAT, IACV, and O2 sensor. I fixed the O2S and IACV and now am throwing a code for IAT.
Now, when I'm driving and hit boost at 9.5psi (wastegate is set to that) all the way up to 6k it bogs on me. I checked spark plug gap and it was set at .026" which I think would be fine right?
Help me figure out what is wrong, I'm tired of troubleshooting!

well if youre ecu is throwing a code it could be going into protection. I suggest you get that looked at before you get into the boost. Otherwise you could lean it out and soon be replacing another motor. What your A/f reading in boost?
