Default Bogging at idle after JRSC install!?

After putting on a JRSC my car seems to bog and shake very violently. The exhast is shooting out black smoke. Also I keep on hearing a loud ticking sound coming from inside the car when it is first started up. Can anyone help me an d let me know what the problem could be?

what rpm does it idle at? if its idling really low that could be the cause of the shaking. if so, turn the idle adjustment screw on the throttlebody.
