maybe you can get a spacer-gasket to push the mani out further.

just go up on ebay, get a 3/5" t3 flange and sandwhich it in the middle, that will place the turbo a bit further out thus clearing what seem to be your messed up block.

i sent a pm to bmc but got no love...i want to see the difference in the a/c and non a/c compatible log mani...if there is one...

as for that one that is hitting the block the extra flange idea sounds like it might work, but then he will have to have his downpipe/exhaust re-worked a bit...
