Blue wire for 1998 automatic

Last night I tried to do the blue wire mod with the AFC. I was following some instructions I had found on this forum and it said to go to either pin C15 or C16. I don't have those pins. Does anyone know how to do this on a 1998 GS Integra Automatic?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
