I think the high compression ratio of the b16a2 will let you do about 8~8.5psi before you run risk of popping the head gasket...

I'm running around on a stock fuel system on my little d16y8 w/greddy kit at 9psi all day long...maybe that helps?

I went 7 lbs on the same setup but instead of the blue box it was with a vafc and tuned.

We have a buddy in our crew, who has a GReddy kit on his 2k Ex, but upgraded turbo, ( GS-R ), and he drives around daily at 10psi with the blue box. He told me that he drives at 10psi, because the blue box was running hella rich, so he up the boost to try an lean it out, he said it worked a little bit. He's got a nice *** car. I dont think the blue box corrects for timing so if you plan on running that must boost be sure that you have something to retard per lb of boost. Either that or just retard a couple degrees at the distrubutor.
