Default is blox any good for f/i ???

i have my build almost done, i just need a few thing like cams and springs and cam gears i was think of going with BLOX's but i keep hear that there no good its like riding on stock parts... i know skunk2 and brian crower are one of the top of line parts to get when you going with a F/I build, but those parts are worth a bit to much, now that i spent most of the money sleeving the block and getting pistons and rods for it and porting the head,

but what do you think about bloxs?????? in 1-10

you'd probably be fine, but if you're spending tons of money on the motor anyways, why cheap out on something important? i would trust stock cams over those.

i've been using blox cams for a few years with no issues. and i don't think i can recall in the many years blox has been around that i have heard of any of their valve springs/retainers failing....at least no more than any other brand.

for the price their stuff will work just fine. you wont have any issues with them as long as they are installed correctly.

It also depends upon the turbo size used. Aftermarket cams really aren't necessary unless using something over 61lbs/min. Make sure your valvetrain is upgraded. cams should be a dead last item to get.

Dose anyone know if the Blox HSL would work ok for boost?
also I think Edynes bump stix are the same as Blox comp c's

I was looking at the blox comp C camshafts and the measurements seem to be the same as Edynes bump stix I looked at Edynes website for measurements http://www.theoldone.com/components/...n_Camshaft.htm

and searched for the blox comp c mid page
http://nwp4life.zeroforum.com/zeroth...postid=1169702

intake lift 12.2mm = .481" duration 268 @1mm
exhuast lift 11.6mm = .458" duration 264 @1mm

I also used a inch to mm calculator at www.industrial-enclosures.com to compair

if I am wrong please let me know thanks

I'm running a blox cast iron manifold on a Built gsr with blox cam gears and haven't had any issues at all with them.
