too bad these wont fit my 372 and topmount in my EG chassis phil, i would love to see what it does on that turbo and motor combo

Although the v-stack seems to help everywhere, I'd like to see how it did with a filter on the v-stack.

On a side note, I'm impressed how that T4 spools so fast. Is it like a divided .58ar t4 housing or what?

its actually a .84 AR T4- single scroll

straight up off a supra so its "technically" for an inline 6

The inlet to the turbo or inlet into a intake creates an adverse condition known as boundary layer separation. Boundary layer separation as depicted by the image below occurs at the transition from “outside” air to the ID of the intake. The use of a velocity stack will prevent the separation or at least reduce its magnitude.
