What is the loudest blowoff valve out there that won't hurt the system?

 

hurt the system? a blow off valve cant really hurt anything, it can only improve the performance of the turbo setup in your car

as far as loud, the turbo xs rfl (reall ******* loud) is pretty loud, i think it registered something like 110decibels at 10psi

 

I meant hurt the system as in not letting enough air out and putting too much stress on the bearings and piping

 

well you cant really overstress the piping, and compressor surge shouldnt be too much of a problem... whats your setup? turbo, motor, etc. how much power do you plan on making... boost levels?

I just sold the gsr for a 90 240sx with 30,000 miles and a brand new SR20DET running 13psi. It should be around 245hp right now with the add-ons

just get the hks ssqv, it sounds uber sexy and wont have trouble leaking like the rfl and will be able to support any mods/boost levels you can throw at it in the future
