I'm having this same problem in a 96 civic hatch. I am not very good at electrical either so this is very frustrating.

A little update...I found no loose wires in the resistor box wiring....HOWEver...I did notice something...

Injectors 2 and 3 had the wire on the opposite side for the resistor box...hmm..

Like this:

Injectors 1-4 (resistor wire/ecu wire) (ecu wire/resistor wire) (ecu wire/resistor wire) (resistor wire/ecu wire)

Does it make a difference as to what wire goes where on the injector...

Either way..my car ran and ran today...did some burnouts...let momma D boost in it...I duno.

This might be a longshot and you may have already fixed it but follow the wiring for the injector resistor box under the intake manifold. Ive had two cars do this before adn it was the yellow/black power feed wires for the injectors rubbing through on the manifold causing the fuse to blow.

Yeah, this is what is wierd. When the fuse pops, I check continuity to IGP1 and IGP2. Only when the fuse pops. The wiring under the manifold is still in the loom, nothing has been touched. It is a 2000 Si engine harness that is cosher.
