blowing main relay fuse

blowing main relay fuse
My drag car is now blowing the main relay fuse. Here is a little background. I left the key in the on position with no ecu or anything plugged in for a few hours by accident. Went to actually start the car and I get nothing. I get a constant check engine light but that is about it.
I have replaced.
Main relay
ECU
Pulled the harness and checked continuity and I have it.
Numerous fuses
The only thing I haven't checked is the switch itself. But no matter what it pops the fuse when I turn the key to the "on" position.
