Default Block Sleeving Question

Currently in the process of building my D16 (EX) block. Since the block is bare at this time, I thought it would be a good idea to just go ahead and sleeve it (future insurance). Any good deals out there at this time? Any information or recommendations on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you!

um yes adn no, yes because the motor is stronger and no becaue its a d series, if u blow a sleave who cares, u can get another block for damb near free, but if your are in the quest for reliability and max hp then yes.

I used earl/benson and im happy (great tech support bottom line), but there are a mess of sleaves on this board that have proven to be reliable, like ERL, GE Darton to name a few

i would pm a couple of the vendors and talk to them, and use the one that seems like the best to you.

I have heard good stuff about them. I'm just trying to get as much information as I can before making a decision. Thanks.

I agree, I know it's a D series and I know they are cheap and easy to find, but that does not mean that I want to be taking my block apart a few times a year. Yes, I'm definitely looking for something reliable. Thanks for your inputs.
