Default Block Sleeving?

I did a searce, but really could not find an answer to my question. Anyways I have a B18C1 in my Del Sol w/ Drag Gen III and I just blew the motor. I'm going to build the bottom end now, and was wondering if there would be any negative effects on the motor if I sleeve it w/ a 84.5mm bore to increase displacement?

just make sure the sleeves can handle that bore so as it does not thin them out too much and also just make sure u have someone who knows what they are doing put it together... to my knowledge... u also have to modify the combustion chamber a little bit
