Default Largest possible sleeved bore?

Alright, question is simple. I bought a bare B18C5 block a little while back, and the plan is to sleeve this one, I was thinking ~86mm bore w/ AEBS ductile iron sleeves. Right now, I have a B18C1 w/ 81.25mm bore, and a block guard, yet I think I need to take it to the next level this coming season. What's a optimum bore for hp/torque?

remember if you bore big then when you blow your motor, or whatever, you'll have no where to go.... I'd go 84mm or 84.5 and have some safety netting...

i've seen someone with an 85 mm overbored block in his setup. so he claims. i gotta find that url, or was it on h-t? although, most techies recommend not overboring over 84mm for detonation and reliability precautions.
