Block girdle needed?
I'm planning on building a 600+ whp GSR motor. I plan to rev out to 9500 (the head's already built). Depending on my turbo setup. I know its wise to upgrade to an aftermarket girdle. But do I really need it even though I'm using the stock GSR one? It'll mostly see 400whp and the occasional 600+ whp. Is it worth the extra hassle in your opinion?
