Default BIG PROBLEMS........

So I got a T3 off a volvo and the way the exhaust housing mounts to the manifold is weird. It isn't just your standard 4 bolt flange. The holes line up, but there is a bulge or circular center on the volvo that is recessed. So it needs like a gasket or something risen up to make it flush with everything else. Also, my manifold that was A/C compatible isn't looking A/C compatible. It drops the turbo pretty much straight down on the A/C compressor. I need to talk to anyone who has a T3 on there Civic or anyone who kept A/C on there Civic or heck anyone that has any good ideas or any idea at all or is named Joe . Seriously thought guys I NEED some help here!

what size is your downpipe
what kind of manifold do u have
what kind of motor/car/year

and if the turbo is right on top of the ac compressor you may be able to undo the top support on it and move it foward about a half inch or so, if not the manifold or turbo, or that combination is screwed

it seems to me like everything but the manifold is ok, go to drags website and find out the dimentions on their manifold to see how far they stick out, the collector seems to be the reason your having clearing issues, imo

That's my exact thought on it too. The turbo appears to be fine just the mani is what's causing the A/C problems. Thanks. Anyone else?
