is anyone here running a T3/T04E with A/C compatible log manifold?
Last night I checked all the clearances for my turbo setup, and realized the T04E compressor housing is so large it not only hits the webbing of the block but it hits the radiator fan as well..
how much webbing needs to be cut? a slim fan is required? does it clear the clutch slave cylinder??

Man U FTW
What manifold are you running?? I had a SPoolin Performance log manifold and 2.5" dp with AC and didn't have to cut any of the webbing. BTW, the turbo was a T3/T04E 60trim .63ar

Try to run the compressor the the passenger side, if possible. It will have the turbo sit closer to the block, which will allow you to run AC / the full Radiator / etc.
Basically get it turbo around. Slim fan might be required though + re modified the downpipe to go on the driver side.

That is nothing new about the blox manifold. Just grind down the webs on the block until it clears. I also heard some use an extra header flange as a spacer to but I don't know how well that will work out.

C'mon guys this is nothing new. When using an A/C manifold you have to...
1. Keep the compressor on the passenger side
2. Use a slim fan
3. Notch the block webbing for clearence
4. Use a 5 bolt exhaust housing
Also with the blox mani you are going to need an elbow for the wastegate or it will hit the head
