Default Big exhaust leak from turbo hotside

So I just finished putting together my turbo d16y7 (450cc njectors, p28, walbro 255, etc...) and it starts up just fine (besides an idle surge at 1500 RPM, but thats a different problem), but theres a MASSIVE exhaust leak from what appears to be the hot side of the turbo.

This is where it seems to be coming from all around this area that I clocked the turbo, but made sure that all the bolts are tight: https://imgur.com/gallery/uKvSAQe

Any suggestions on how to fix this? i couldn't find anything online about people having this problem

Since the turbo is off, remove the ex housing and check for debris/buildup in the seat of the housing for the chra. Clean it thoroughly and re-assemble.
