I think I figured everything out except

What do I do with green/purple wire coming out of summit box?

Also, gray wire from summit box is supposed to go into blue wire on dizzy . Am I cutting the blue wire or just tapping into it?

Also doesnt that leave me with one more wire that I took out of the dizzy?

I didnt wanna run into any issues so went with the aem epm, pencil coil+smart coils for the new setup but it can add up in cost.

PS: If memory serves the system shodan was talking about was a summit box & coil with a external ignitor made by a member on the forum. It was a good bang for the buck type of setup through that discussion. I can try and track it down if interested.

EDIT:

I took Mac's advice on an ignition setup. I went with the summit digital CDI box and i also picked up a crane PS92 coil. I'm glad i listend to what he had to say about the system. It was dirt cheap and made a huge difference in throttle responce due to multiple spark at lower rpm range and picked up a few ponies from a better burn of the a/f mixture. I also went ahead and built and ignitor bypass circuit and i've been trouble free since.

i believe the Summit box cost me 150 bucks and the coil was about 68 and i already had an msd pro cap and rotor laying around and the car already have accell wires on it so the lay out was minimal and the performance is outstanding

Thanks Mac !
I was looking at that same setup..you can always add the box later!

I've just rebuilt and installed my b18 in my car and the ignition coil has taken a crap so I've decided to pull the trigger and buy this system so in regards to the people who have successfully installed this system how did you and where did you install the components like the summit box pics would be great but i am asumming you all used the mount for the box summit sells

Green and purple are not used. The rotor should fit. Why is it not fitting? Your removing three wires from the distributor. Black/yellow. Yellow/green, blue. The two wire plug is black/yellow and blue. Take the distributor side of that plug and wire it as described. Blue to grey on the summit box. Black/yellow to switch 12v on summit box and red on Ignitor bypass box. White goes to other I out wire on summit box. Green goes to ecu a21 some cars a22. Yellow/green at ecu. You can either tap I to it or cut it all together at the ecu.

it goes on but not all the way as it should, the hole for the set screw wont line up because it doesnt go as low as it should. I tried tapping it but it actually moved the shaft lower and not the rotor, my other rotor I got from Advanced fits fine

As far as jumping the ecu. My car is OBD2B with a jumper harness to an OBD1 and to an P06 ecu, am I just tapping a21 at the jumper harnesss?

Follow the directions that came with the cap and install the ends that came with the cap. They lock onto the cap and then there is the safety piece that holds the wires in place too

I understand how to put the MSD one on but what do I do with the NGK ends and crimping?

Am I able to take off the NGK ends by just sliding them off? I feel like I have to cut them or something

Cut the wire right at the boot and trim to the msd specifications and crimp the pieces on and slide into the boot.

Gotcha, that sounds much more doable.I didnt think the NGK caps/crimping were undoable

Which mad coil did she buy? The HVC coils are good but the blaster SS coil sucks. The black cheaper cap will Work but I've had them come apart and several othetbporooe I know have the same issue which is why I always recommend the 82922 pro cap.

What do I do with yellow/green on the dizzy side? Just cut and cap it off?

I know on the ecu side one of the bypass wires go to that right?

You shouldn't have any codes. Did you remove any wires going to the sensors in there of ONLY the wires for the Ignitor and coil? Post pictures of what you took out and the inside of the dizzy. Seeing the rotor didn't fit something isn't adding up.

The rotor fits, just had to sand the shaft because there were surface rust

Green bypass wire is tapped into the A21 wire on jumper harness, all of the other wires are connected to what they're supposed to connect with

Except for the green/yellow on the dizzy side
